In a quiet Mexican fishing village, an American who was on vacation saw a local fisherman unloading his catch. He decided to approach him.
The American asked the fisherman, “why are you finishing your day so early?”
The Mexican replied “Oh Senor, I have caught enough to feed my family and a little extra to sell for today. It is now time to go for lunch with my family and have a siesta. In the afternoon, I can play with my kids. In the evening, I will go to the cantina, drink a little tequila and play the guitar.”
I’ve recently finished listening to Socialnomics: How Social Media Transforms the Way We Live and Do Business that I’ve bought from Audible.com
It is a very useful book for those who are discovering the bennefits of social media and want to grow their business or adventure into new teritory.
For the ones that use social media daily, most of the ideas presented in this book are known, but still, they can help put things into a more clear perspective and bring up new ideas.
So it is a book worth reading / listening to.

The Mp3 Experiment este un experiment inceput in 2004 si care a devenit un adevarat eveniment. Este un flash mob coordonat de o voce omniprezenta, Steve, care da instructiuni participantilor aflati intr-o locatie comuna la o ora prestabilita si care au downloadat in prealabil un mp3 de pe internet.
Puterea experimentului consta in numarul participantilor si din dorinta lor de a urma instructiunile pentru a se distra si a face ceva inedit. Urmariti mai jos editia a 6-a, iar detalii despre ea puteti gasi aici.
Exista mai multe modalitati de a face o campanie de promovare pentru a obtine rezultatele dorite.
Faci un concept bun, o productie print / radio / TV buna si apoi pompezi o caruta de bani in promovarea mesajului.
SAU stai mai mult in brainstorming / te duci la bere cu prietenii / angajezi un creativ nou / mananci jaratec si te dai de trei ori peste cap / sau whatever it takes pentru a produce o idee noua, fresh, Geniala, care sa mobilizeze oamenii, sa ii aduca mai aproape de brand-ul tau, sa ii faca sa simta ca sunt parte din ceva mai mare decat ei…
..si desigur, folosesti strategii de new marketing si puterea internetului pentru a ajunge la rezultatele dorite avand costuri reduse.
